We meet at our office in Trastevere, Rome’s most vibrant and unique neighborhood, to start our golf cart adventure. We will travel through its small hidden alleys among the 16th-century buildings until we reach the Pantheon, the beautiful temple of Rome. Then, the Colosseum, the true symbol of the Eternal City.
Far from city traffic, we will reach the queen of Rome’s fountains, the Trevi Fountain, where you can toss your coin into its clear waters to make a wish.
We will pass by the Quirinale, the palace of the Italian President, to reach the Colosseum! The first stadium to hold more than 70,000 spectators, pride of the Roman emperors, home of the most famous gladiators of the Roman Empire. We will share with you curiosities and the most intriguing history of the true symbol of Rome and answer all your questions, keeping you engaged throughout our tour.
We will skirt the Colosseum for you to take unforgettable photos and videos on board our golf carts until we reach Circus Maximus, another architectural pearl of Rome. The only stadium that could hold 250,000 spectators who came to enjoy chariot races, these games were among the most loved by Romans. Of course, at this stop as at all others, we will provide many interesting and engaging curiosities and anecdotes.
Climbing the hill to reach Circus Maximus, you can enjoy the view of the Palatine Hill, the home of Roman emperors, still standing after 2000 years. The view from Circus Maximus will surprise you.
Leaving the old city behind, we will touch the Mouth of Truth, where we will make a short stop. We will pass by the ancient amphitheater Teatro di Marcello, started by Julius Caesar and finished by Augustus, and enjoy the view of the steps of the Capitoline Hill designed by Michelangelo.
The last stop before returning to our office in Trastevere will be Piazza Navona, the baroque jewel of a square that will dazzle you with its beauty. Gian Lorenzo Bernini, master of the 17th century, gave Rome another stunning fountain (the Fountain of the Rivers).
