Rome Italy Temple is the 162° Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it’s located in the outskirts of Rome in the district of Castel Giubileo, in via di Settebagni, about 20 minutes car driving from the Rome city centre.

Opened on January 2019, the Temple complex also includes other buildings such as a Stake center (Meeting house), the Visitor Centre, a Family History centre, an accommodation center and the gardens opened to the public.

The complex building has been designed and projected by the US Architect Hanno Luschin.

Out meeting point will be at your hotel. Then, after a very good Italian coffee, we will be ready to discover the most stunning monuments of Roma, starting form the magnificent Pantheon, projected by Roman Empereur Adriano in the 120 AC. Its impressive dome is still the largest-one existing in Rome, after 1800 years from its construction. A true miracle!

From this point we will start wandering into the narrow streets dating back to 1700 to reach the astonishing Trevi Fountain. Recently restored, the sparkling white marble monument stands out while the clear blue waters gush from the statue of the God sea Neptune. Neptune is ready to welcome your coin holding the promise that you will be back in Rome if you wish!

Next stop? Piazza di Spagna, first, definitely the queen of the Square with its popular Spanish Steps. …. and then Piazza Navona, with the fountain of the rivers projected and sculpted by the greatest Gian Lorenzo Bernini, a true masterpiece. Your tour wont’ be accomplished without a visit to the true symbol of Rome, the Colosseum.

The Colosseum symbolize not just the city of Rome but the entire Country of Italy. It is the most well kept amphitheatre worldwide still releasing the same intact charme century after century. Every visitor will be spellbound, no matter what age.

After a typical yummy Italian lunch we will head to the Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The temple is just a short 20 minutes drive from the city centre and it’s located in a beautiful popular area built at the beginnings of 1900 after Italian unification.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple as we already mention, has been unveiled in January 2019 and it’s considered an authentic jewel nestled as a gem in the eternal city of Rome!

You will have the chance to access the Temple and visit it for about 1hour and a half. We will be there at the end of your visit to drive you back to the hotel hoping to leave you the memory of an unforgettable day among the roman beauties and the Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
